About Us

Who we are?

We are a group of scientists who work together to develop new, more efficiency tools for diagnosing and treating disease mainly using mass spectrometer.

What we do?

Our primary focus is to carry out the comprehensive characterization of proteins to study their role in diseases like glioblastoma, obstructive uropathy and endometrial cancer. The lab is also involved in developing novel technologies for mass spectrometry (MS)-based research.

How we do?

Our lab uses mass spectrometry to better understand protein functions and interactions under normal and disease states. We work hand-in-hand with clinicians to implement discoveries as soon as possible.

Current research?

  • New and efficient therapeutic targets for Glioblastoma

  • A rapid non-invasive urinary test for the detection of obstructive uropathy

  • Development of novel mass spectroscopy-based technology
